- Transistor and mosfet output, LED input status indicator
- Improved SEMS screw and washer, redesigned housing with anti-rotation barriers
- Included (IP20) touch safe cover, transistor output type
- 1 to 50VDC rated voltage range, 30 Amps load current
- Control voltage range from 3.5 to 32VDC
- UL94 V-0 housing material, aluminium baseplate material
- Maximum turn-on time is 100μsec
- Maximum turn-off time is 200μsec
- 10⁹Ohms minimum insulation resistance at 500VDC
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40 to 100°C
