DL100-23AA2109 is a high-performance laser distance sensor that uses advanced phase-shift measurement technology, optimized in collaboration with drive manufacturers for seamless integration into closed-loop control systems. Its compact metal housing, innovative 3-axis mounting bracket, and intelligent quick-lock connector system ensure easy installation, reliable operation, and reduced ownership costs. It is ideal for ASRS stacker crane positioning (X/Y), transfer car positioning, AGV navigation, indoor crane anti-collision, and trolley positioning.
- Display with intuitive menu navigation and clear status LEDs
- Small, rugged metal housing
- Elongated holes for zero point adjustment when replacing devices
- CANopen communication interface
- Measuring range from 0.15m to 300m, on “diamond grade” reflective tape
- 2mm repeatability
- Accuracy of ±3mm (from 150mm to 180mm measuring range the accuracy can reach ±4 mm)
- Digital output: 2 x push-pull: PNP/NPN
