The ESDA6V1P6 is a Transil™ TVS Diode Arrays for ESD protection. It is designed to protect 4 lines against ESD transients. The device is ideal where board space saving and reduced line capacitance are required. It is suitable for where transient overvoltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment is required.
