STM6822MWY6F is a 5-pin supervisor with watchdog timer and push-button reset. It is a self-contained button which provide microprocessor supervisory functions. A precision voltage with reference and comparator monitors provide an VCC input for out-of-tolerance condition. When an invalid VCC condition occurs, the reset output (RST) is forced low (or high in the case of RST). These devices also offer a watchdog timer and a push-button (MR) reset input.
- Reset threshold voltage VRST is 4.270V to 4.490V
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C
- Reset pulse width is 200ms
- Supply voltage is 1.0V to 5.5V
- Watchdog timeout period of 1.6s (typ)
- Manual reset input (MR)
- Low supply current is 3µA (typ)
- Case style is SOT23-5
