STTH2R06S is a high efficiency ultrafast diode in a 2 pin SMC package. The STTH2R06 uses ST Turbo 2 600V planar Pt doping technology. It is specially suited for switching mode base drive and transistor circuits. This device is intended for use in high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection.
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600V
- Average forward current is 2A
- Forward voltage drop of 1.0V max at 2A
- Reverse recovery time trr (max) of 35ns
- Maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C
- Maximum reverse leakage current of 85µA
- Very low conduction losses
