TSV994AIDT is a dual and quad operational amplifier. It offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. This operational amplifier feature an excellent speed and power consumption ratio. It offers a 20MHz gain-bandwidth. This amplifier also feature an ultra-low input bias current. This characteristics make the operational amplifier ideal for applications such as portable devices, signal conditioning and active filtering, medical instrumentation automotive applications, sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications etc.
- Low input offset voltage is 1.5mV max. (A grade)
- Low power consumption is 820µA typ
- High output current is 35mA
- Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 5.5V
- Low input bias current is 1pA typ
- ESD internal protection is ≥ 5kV
