1.5KE400A

The 1.5KE400A from Taiwan Semiconductor is a 1.5KE series unidirectional transient voltage suppressor in DO-201 package. It has excellent clamping capability and low dynamic impedance. The leads are pure tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.

• Peak power dissipation of 1500W at TA = 25°C, TP = 1ms and nominal voltage of 400V
• Peak forward surge current (Ifsm) of 200A (8.3ms single half sine wave super imposed on rated load)

• Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +175°C
• Stand-off voltage of 342V and maximum reverse leakage current of 1μA
• Breakdown voltage of 380V (minimum), 420V (maximum) and test current of 1mA

• Less than 1ps fast response time from 0V to VBR and 0.11%/°C maximum temperature variation
