P2220

The P2220 from Tektronix is a 200MHz passive voltage probe. This passive probe solution provides high reliability and testing accuracy for basic oscilloscope measurements. The P2220 is a compact passive probe with selectable 1X/10X attenuation using switch located on probe head. This passive probe is compatible with TDS200, TDS1000, TDS1000B, TDS2000, TDS2000B and TPS2000 series oscilloscopes. It also provides floating measurement capability up to 30Vrms with TPS2000 series oscilloscopes only.

• 10:1 and 1:1 selectable attenuation ratio
• 1.5m probe length
• Compensation range from 15pF to 25pF
• UL3111-1, CSA1010.1, EN61010-1, EN61010-2-031 and IEC61010-2-031 approved
• Input capacitance of 110pF (1x) and 17pF (10X)
• Input resistance of 1Mohm (1X) and 10Mohm (10X)
