INA138NA/250

The INA138NA/250 is an unipolar high side measurement current shunt monitor in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The device converts differential input voltage to current output. This current is converted back to voltage with an external load resistor that sets any gain from 1 to over 100. Although designed for current shunt measurement the circuit invites creative applications in measurement and level shifting. Quiescent current of 25µA permits connecting power supply to either side of current measurement shunt with minimal error.

• Wide supply and common mode range from 2.7V to 36V
• Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is 120dB
• Input bias current of 2μA
• Bandwidth is 800KHz at ROUT=5Kohm
• ±2mV offset voltage over -40°C to 125°C temperature
• Independent supply and input common mode voltages
• Single resistor gain set
• Operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C
