The LP2992IM5-3.3/NOPB is a Micropower 250mA low-noise Ultra-low Dropout Regulator, using an optimized Vertically Integrated PNP (VIP) process, the LP2992 delivers unequalled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs and stable with output capacitor equivalent series resistance (ESR) as low as 5mΩ which allows the use of ceramic capacitors on the output. This regulator available in fixed output voltage of 3.3V version.

- Stable with low-ESR output capacitor
- <lt/>1µA Quiescent current when shutdown
- Low ground pin current at all loads
- 1% A Grade output voltage accuracy
