The SN7447AN is a BCD to seven segment decoder/driver in 16 pin DIP package. This decoder/driver features active low outputs designed for driving common anode LEDs or incandescent indicators directly. The SN7447AN has full ripple blanking input/output controls and lamp test input. It incorporates automatic leading and trailing edge zero blanking control. This decoder/driver contains overriding blanking input which can be used to control the lamp intensity by pulsing or to inhibit the outputs. Inputs and outputs are entirely compatible for use with TTL logic outputs.
