The SN74AHC1G32DCKR is a single 2-input positive-OR Gate. The device performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = (A\ • B\)\ in positive logic. Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant for slower input rise and fall time.
- ±8mA Output drive at 5V
- 10µA Maximum ICC low power consumption
- Maximum tpd of 6.5ns at 5V
- Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
