TCK107AF,LF(T is a load switch ICs for a general power management with slew rate control driver, featuring low switch ON resistance and wide input voltage operation from 1.1 to 5.5V.
- Low quiescent current IQ = 110nA (Typ.) at VIN = 5.5V, IOUT = 0mA
- High output current: IOUT is 1.0A
- Built in slew rate control driver, built in auto-discharge
- Active high and pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Quiescent current (ON state) is 110nA typ (VIN = VCT = 5.5V, IOUT = 0mA, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Standby current (OFF state) is 65nA typ (VIN = 5.5V, VCT = 0V, VOUT = OPEN, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- On resistance is 63mohm typ (VIN = 5.0V, IOUT = -0.5A, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Discharge on resistance is 100 ohm (Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- VOUT rise time is 290μs typ (RL = 500 ohm, CL = 0.1μF, Ta = 25°C)
