BYG10YHE3-A/H is a BYG10Y series standard avalanche SMD rectifier. Suitable for use in general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication.

• 1.15V maximum instantaneous forward voltage (TJ = 25°C, IF = 1.5A)
• Single circuit configuration
• SMA (DO-214AC) package, operating junction and storage temperature range from -55 to +150°C
