The MB4S-E3/80 is a 4-pin single-phase miniature surface-mount Bridge Rectifier Diode with glass passivated fast recovery. It is used in general purpose AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for lighting ballast, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment and telecommunication applications.
