The MBRB1645-E3/45 is a high-voltage Dual Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifier with matte tin-plated terminals. It features high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance. It is suitable for use in high frequency converters, switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, DC/DC converters and reverse battery protection.
