SMBJ150A-E3/52 is a surface-mount TRANSZORB® transient voltage suppressor. Typical applications include use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET, and signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication.

• Excellent clamping capability, very fast response time, low incremental surge resistance
• Breakdown N voltage range from 167 to 185V (TA = 25°C, at IT), 1.0mA test current (TA = 25°C)
• 150V stand off voltage (TA = 25°C), 1.0μA maximum reverse leakage at VWM ID (TA = 25°C)
• 2.5A maximum peak pulse surge current (TA = 25°C), 243V maximum clamping voltage at IPPM (TA = 25°C)
• 0.108%/°C maximum temperature coefficient of VBR (TA = 25°C)
• SMB (DO-214AA) package, operating junction temperature range- from -55 to +150°C
