The VDMG10C0 from Vishay is a VDM.10.0 series 10mm SMD seven segment LED display in a very compact package. This LED utilizes AlInGaP on GaAs chip technology. It is evenly lighted segments with grey package surface. It is suitable for DC, high peak current and used in panel meters, point-of-sale terminals and control units.
- Common cathode circuitry
- Green colour LED
- Luminous intensity of 400μcd (typ) at IF = 1mA
- Wavelength of 572nm (typ) at IF = 20mA
- Maximum forward voltage of 2.6V at IF = 20mA
- Untinted segments
- Wide viewing angle, angle of half intensity is ±50°
- Power dissipation per segment is 70mW
