VLMB1300-GS08

VLMB1300-GS08 is a Highbright 0603 chip LED. The new ChipLED series has been designed in the smallest SMD package. This innovative ChipLED technology opens the way to smaller products of higher performance more design in flexibility enhanced applications. The 0603 LED is an obvious solution for small scale, high brightness products that are expected to work reliably in an arduous environment. It is used in applications such as backlight keypads, navigation systems, cellular phone displays, displays for industrial control systems, miniaturized colour effects, traffic displays.

• Blue colour, 180mcd maximum luminous intensity at (Tamb = 25°C)
• 475nm maximum wavelength at (Tamb = 25°C), 3.8V maximum forward voltage at (Tamb = 25°C)
• InGaN technology, high reliability PCB based
• 130° extremely wide viewing angle, compatible to IR reflow soldering
• Preconditioning according to JEDEC® level 3
• Reverse current is 10μA maximum at (VR = 5V, Tamb = 25°C)
• Peak wavelength is 468nm typical at (IF = 20mA, Tamb = 25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -35°C to +85°C
