STR05S09

The STR05S09 from XP Power is a STR series 0.5A regulated single output switching regulator. This regulator has wide input range in compact SMD package. The converter features continuous short circuit protection with auto recovery. It has line regulation of ±0.2% at 1.5V to 6.5V and ±0.1% at 9V to 15V, load regulation of ±0.4% at 1.5V to 6.5V and ±0.25% at 9V to 15V.

• Input voltage range from 11V to 32V
• Output voltage of 9V and output current of 500mA
• Input current of 5mA at no load and 35μA remote on/off input current of 24V input
• Maximum capacitive load of 220μF, minimum efficiency of 96% and maximum efficiency of 92%
• Trim range from 4.5V to 12.6V
• Ripple and noise of 30mV pk-pk at 1.5V to 6.5V and 40mV pk-pk at 9V to 15V
• Remote on/off
• Initial set accuracy of ±2% and switching frequency of 330KHz
• 0.6inch x 0.49inch x 0.36inch (15.3mm x 12.35mm x 9.24mm) dimension and weight is 1.7g
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
