QSIL216, 250G

QSil 216 2-part liquid silicone elastomer is a transparent and colourless formulation and is ideal for optical applications. It's viscosity profile enables excellent flow around components and is excellent for potting complex parts. This chemical composition results in a cured product that is hydrolytically stable as well as reversion resistant. This silicone elastomer provides electrical insulation and physical shock resistance of components and enables environmental protection.

• Convenient 10:1 mixing ratio for use in automated dispensing equipment or hand mixing
• Contains no solvents, non-yellowing catalyst system
• Chemical composition provides hydrolytic stability and reversion resistance
• Cure profile is 30minutes at 150°C, cure type is addition
• Gel time at 25°C/77°F is 6hours
• Elongation at break is 100% (ISO 37), weight is 250g
• Working temperature is -55°C minimum, 204°C maximum
• Tensile strength is 5.17N/mm²/750psi (ISO 37)
• Thermal conductivity is 0.18W/mK, dielectric strength is 500V/mil
