QSil 550 2-part series are 100% silicone solids elastomer designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. This two component system offers a flame retardant, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. It is designed for potting electronics to provide environmental protection (e.g. sterilization units). Suitable for higher working temperatures.

• Cure profile is 7minutes at 150°C
• Density is 1.41 (BS ISO 2781), cure type is addition
• Gel time at 25°C/77°F is 130minute, mix ratio by weight is 1:1

• Tensile strength is 3.52N/mm²/510psi (ISO 37), dielectric constant is 3.12 (ASTM D-150)
