XCKU035-2FFVA1156E is a Kintex® UltraScale™ FPGA IC. It is a high-performance device designed to deliver an optimal balance of price and performance. It utilizes both monolithic and advanced stacked silicon interconnect (SSI) technology, offering a high DSP and block RAM-to-logic ratio along with next-generation transceivers. Its efficient architecture, combined with low-cost packaging, makes it ideal for applications requiring high capability without compromising on cost.

- 444K logic cells and 19Mb block RAM
- Features 520 user I/Os and supports high-speed connectivity and flexible interfacing
