HCSP-1BS-0200

HCSP-1B-S-200 is a HCSP-1BS series automotive open loop current sensor. It generates a ratiometric analogue output voltage signal proportional to the current flowing through the conductor. Based on hall effect technology the sensor has been designed for accurate measurement of AC and DC currents in automotive battery management and motor control applications. It is also used in applications such as EV motor inverters, DC/DC converters.

• Response time is 3µsec maximum, frequency bandwidth is 250KHz maximum

• Sensitivity is 10mV/A at 25°C / Vcc = 5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• ±0.6% sensitivity error, ±3mV electrical offset voltage at 25°C / Vcc = 5V
