SFH 47278AS A01 is OSLON® black series high power infrared LED for in-cabin sensing applications like driver monitoring, occupant monitoring, interior monitoring, gesture sensing and child presence detection.
- Clear silicone lens package, corrosion robustness class 3B
- ESD 8kV according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 3B)
- IR lightsource with high efficiency
- Double stack emitter, low thermal resistance
- 77.5° half angle long axis, 65° half angle short axis
- Centroid wavelength of 940nm, peak wavelength of 950nm
- Optimized for high current pulse operation
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
- 290mW/sr typical radiant intensity (IF = 1A, tp = 10ms)
- 1500mA maximum forward current, 4.2V maximum forward voltage at IF = 5A, tp = 100µs
