AD623 is an integrated, single- or dual-supply low cost instrumentation amplifier. It delivers rail-to-rail output swing using supply voltages from 3V to 12V. It offers superior user flexibility by allowing single gain set resistor programming and 8-lead industry standard pinout configuration. With no external resistor. It maintains superior performance with dual and single polarity power supplies. This amplifier is widely used in application such as low power medical instrumentation, transducer interfaces, thermocouple amplifiers, industrial process controls, difference amplifiers, low power data acquisition etc.

• Input voltage range extends 150mV below ground
• Low power, maximum supply current is 550µA
• Gain set with one external resistor
• Gain range is 1 to 1000, easy to use
• High accuracy dc performance, 0.10% gain accuracy (G = 1), 0.35% gain accuracy (G <gt/> 1)
• Noise is 35nV/√Hz RTI noise at 1KHz
• Excellent dynamic specifications, 800KHz bandwidth (G = 1), 20µs settling time to 0.01% (G = 10)
• Slew rate is 0.3V/µs, CMRR upto 200Hz
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C
