AD7091R-5 is a 12bit, multichannel, ultra-low power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). Typical application includes battery-powered systems, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, instrumentation and control systems, data acquisition systems, optical sensors and diagnostic/monitoring functions.
- I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard and fast modes
- Ultra low power: 90µW typical at 3V in fast mode
- Specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
- On-chip accurate 2.5V reference, 5ppm/°C typical drift
- 4 single-ended analogue input channels, ALERT function, BUSY function and Auto cycle mode
- 68dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) typical at input frequency of 1KHz
- Flexible power/throughput rate management and no pipeline delays
- Power-down mode: 550nA typical at VDD = 5.25V and 435nA typical at VDD = 3V
- 20 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
