AD8010ANZ

AD8010 is a low-power, high current amplifier capable of delivering a minimum load drive of 175mA. The AD8010 is an ideal component choice for any application that needs a driver that will maintain signal quality when driving low impedance loads. Typical applications include video distribution amplifier, VDSL, xDSL Line driver, communications, ATE and instrumentation.

• 200mA of output current, 9ohm load and SFDR -54dBc at 1MHz
• Differential gain error 0.04%, f = 4.43MHz and differential phase error 0.06°, f = 4.43MHz
• Maintains video specifications driving eight parallel 75ohm loads
• 0.02% differential gain, 0.03° differential phase and 0.1dB gain flatness to 60MHz
• THD -72dBc at 1MHz, RL = 18.75ohm and IP3 42dBm at 5MHz, RL = 18.75ohm
• 230MHz -3dB bandwidth, G = +1, RL = 18.75ohm
• 800V/µs slew rate, RL = 18.75ohm
• 25ns settling time to 0.1%
• 2ns typical rise and fall time
• 8 lead DIP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
