AD8217BRMZ

AD8217 is a high voltage, high-resolution current shunt amplifier. The AD8217 performs unidirectional current measurements across a shunt resistor in a variety of industrial and telecom applications including motor control, battery management and base station power amplifier bias control. Typical application include high side current sensing, 48V telecom, power management, base stations, unidirectional motor control and precision high voltage current sources.

• ±5ppm/°C typical gain vs. temperature and 100dB typical CMRR at DC
• 500KHz typ small signal -3dB bandwidth
• 1V/µs slew rate
• 800μA max quiescent current over temperature
• 110dB typ Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR)
• Noise: 2.3μV p-p 0.1Hz to 10Hz, (RTI) and 110nV/√Hz spectral density, 1KHz
