AD847 is a high speed, low power, monolithic op-amp offering superior ac & dc performance. The excellent dc performance is demonstrated by its ±5V specifications which include an open-loop gain of 3500V/V (500 ohm load) and low input offset voltage of 0.5mV. Common mode rejection is 78dB minimum. It is widely used in application such as video instrumentation, imaging equipment, copiers, fax, scanners, cameras, high speed cable driver, high speed DAC and flash ADC buffers etc.

• High unity gain bandwidth is 50MHz typ at (±15V), drives any capacitive load
• Low supply current is 5.3mA typ, high slew rate is 300V/ms typ
• Differential gain (NTSC and PAL) is 0.04% typ, differential phase (NTSC and PAL) is 0.19° typ
• Fast settling time to 0.1% (10V Step) is 65ns typ
• High open-loop gain is 5.5V/mV typ at (RLOAD = 1KV)
• Low input offset voltage is 0.5mV typ
• Operating temperature range is 0°C to +70°C
• Package style is Mini-DIP
