ADA4099-2HRZ

ADA4099-2 is a single robust, precision, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier (op amp) with inputs that operate from -VS to +VS and beyond. The device features offset voltages of <lt/>40 µV, input bias currents (IB) of <lt/>10 nA, and can operate on single or split supplies that range from 3.15 V to 50 V. This draws 1.5 mA of quiescent current per channel. The Over-The-Top input stages has robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate up to 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to dc accuracy. The device can also drive capacitive loads as large as 100pF. Typical applications are industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments, 4 mA to 20 mA transmitters.

• Input overdrive tolerant with no phase reversal, ±2KV HBM and ±1.25KV FICDM
• Input bias current (IB) is ±10nA maximum (5V supply, VCM=2.5V, SHDN pin, (RL) =499Kohm, (TA)=25°C)
• CMRR is 136dB typ (VCM=−0.1V to +70V, 5V supply, VCM=2.5V, SHDN pin, (RL) =499Kohm, (TA)=25°C)
• Input voltage noise is 150nVp-p (frequency=0.1Hz to 10Hz, 5V supply, VCM=2.5V, SHDN pin, TA=25°C)
• Slew rate is 4V/μs (ΔVOUT=2V, 5V supply, VCM=2.5V, SHDN pin, (RL) =499Kohm, (TA)=25°C)
• 8-lead SOIC-N package
• Temperature rating range from -55°C to +150°C
