ADA4523-1BRMZ

ADA4523-1 is a high voltage, low noise, zero drift opamp. It offers precision dc performance over a wide supply range of 4.5V to 36V. The self calibrating circuitry of the device results in low offset voltage drift with temperature (0.01µV/°C maximum) and zero drift over time. Additionally, the device uses on-chip filtering to achieve high immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI). It is widely used in application such as high resolution data acquisition, reference buffering, test and measurement, electronic scales, thermocouple amplifiers, strain gauges, low-side current sense etc.

• Offset voltage drift is 0.01µV/°C maximum at 5V
• Input voltage noise is 88nV p-p from 0.1Hz to 10Hz typical
• Spectral density voltage is 4.2nV/√Hz typical at 1kHz
• Rail-to-rail output, unity-gain stable, operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Integrated EMI filters, shutdown mode, ground sense
• Slew rate is 1.8V/µs typical falling, gain bandwidth is 5MHz typical
• PSRR is 168dB typ at (VS = 4.5V to 36V), CMRR is 160dB typ at (VCM = −15.1V to +13.5V, VS= 30V)
• Open-loop voltage gain is 160dB typ at (VOUT = −14.75V to +14.75V, RL = 10Kohm, VS = 30V)
• Packaging style is 8-lead mini small outline package [MSOP]
