ADA4897-2 is a unity-gain stable, low noise, rail-to-rail output, high speed voltage feedback amplifier. It has a quiescent current of 3mA with a 1/f noise of 2.4nV/√Hz at 10Hz and a spurious-free dynamic range of −80dBc at 2MHz, This amplifier is ideal solutions in a variety of applications, including ultrasound, low noise preamplifiers, drivers of high performance ADCs, PLL loop filters, and DAC buffers etc.
- Input voltage noise is 1nV/√Hz at (f = 100kHz, ±5V supply)
- Input current noise is 2.8pA/√Hz at (f = 100kHz, ±5V supply)
- Low harmonic distortion is −115dBc at (100kHz, VOUT = 2V p-p)
- Low input offset voltage is 0.5mV maximum
- −3dB bandwidth is 230MHz (G = +1)
- Slew rate is 120V/μs
- Settling time to 0.1% is 45ns
- Wide voltage supply range is 3V to 10V
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
