ADM1232ANZ

ADM1232 is a microprocessor supervisory circuit monitors microprocessor supply voltage, whether a microprocessor has locked up, external interrupts. It is pin-compatible with the MAX1232, DS1232LP, and DS1232. Typical applications are microprocessor systems, portable equipment, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, automotive systems.

• No external components
• Voltage rating range from 4.5 to 5.5V (VCC=full operating range, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
• Current is 50μA max (VIL, VIH=CMOS, VCC=full operating range, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
• Reset active time is 1000ms (VCC=full operating range, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
• RESET output voltage is VCC − 0.1V (when sourcing less than 50μA, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
• Output delay is 50μs (after VCC falls below the set tolerance voltage, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
• 8-lead plastic dual in-line package [PDIP]
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
