ADM232LARZ-REEL

ADM232L is a CMOS RS-232 driver/receiver. It feature a low power shutdown mode that reduces power dissipation to less than 5µW, making them ideally suited for battery-powered equipment. It does not require any external components and is particularly useful in applications where printed circuit board space is critical. It includes two internal charge pump voltage converters. It is widely used in application such as computers, peripherals, modems, printers, instruments etc.
