ADP7104ACPZ-2.5-R7

ADP7104ACPZ-2.5-R7 is a CMOS, low dropout linear regulator designed to operate from 3.3V to 20V, providing up to 500mA of output current. This high-input-voltage LDO is particularly suited for regulating high-performance analogue and mixed‐signal circuits operating within the range of 19V to 1.22V rails. Employing an advanced proprietary architecture, it offers high power supply rejection, low noise, and excellent line and load transient response, requiring only a small 1µF ceramic output capacitor. The ADP7104 boasts an output noise voltage of 15μV rms, which remains independent of the output voltage. Additionally, it features a digital power-good output for monitoring the output voltage's health. A user-programmable precision undervoltage lockout function facilitates the sequencing of multiple power supplies. Common applications include communications and infrastructure, medical and healthcare, and industrial and instrumentation.
