ADRF5044 is a general-purpose, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch manufactured using a silicon process. It provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 100MHz to 30GHz. This broadband switch requires dual-supply voltages, +3.3V and -3.3V, and provides complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL) logic compatible control. It is used in application such as test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, and electronic counter measures (ECMs), broadband telecommunications systems etc.

• Nonreflective 50 ohm design, no low frequency spurious
• Low insertion loss is 2.6dB typ at (20GHz to 30GHz)
• High isolation is 43dB typ at (20GHz to 30GHz)
• P1dB is 28dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V, VSS = -3.3V)
• IP3 is 50dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V, VSS = -3.3V)
• Through path is 24dBm max at (VDD = 3.3V, VSS = -3.3V)
• Terminated path is 24dBm max at (VDD = 3.3V, VSS = -3.3V)
• Settling time 0.1dB is 37ns typ at (50% VCTL to 0.1dB of final RF output)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
• Package style is 24-terminal land grid array [LGA]
