ADuM150N is a 5-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. This data channel is independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3.0kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). Application includes general-purpose multichannel isolation, serial peripheral interface (SPI)/data converter isolation, industrial field bus isolation.

• UL recognition: 3000Vrms for 1 minute per UL 1577

• Pulse width is 6.6ns (min, within pulse width distortion (PWD) limit, TA = 25°C)
• Propagation delay range from 4.8 to 13ns (50% input to 50% output, TA = 25°C)
• Pulse width distortion is 0.5ns (typ, tPLH − tPHL, TA = 25°C)
• 16-lead SOIC-N package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
