DS1135LZ-30+

The DS1135LZ-30+ is a 3V, 3 in 1 high speed silicon delay line in 8 pin NSOIC package. This is a high speed version of the popular DS1013, DS1033 and DS1035 series. The device features precise leading and trailing edge accuracy, it has the inherent reliability of an all silicon delay line solution.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 3.6V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Silicon timing circuit
• Three independent buffered delays
• Stable and precise over temperature and voltage
• Leading and trailing edge precision preserves the input symmetry
• Vapour phase and IR reflow solderable
• Delay per output is 30ns, initial tolerance of ±1.5ns
• Tolerance over temperature and voltage is ±5ns
• Recommended replacement for DS1033
