DS1844S-010+

The DS1844S-010+ is a quad digital potentiometer in 20 pin WSOIC package. This device combines four 64 position potentiometers for simultaneous control over four parameters. Each potentiometer is comprised of 63 equi-resistive sections and has three terminals accessible to the user. The wiper position on the resistor ladder is selected via an 8bit register value. The quad potentiometer is intended for any application requiring multiple controls including voltage, current, audio volume and tone or LCD contrast and brightness levels. Digital potentiometers replace mechanical parts with digital accuracy, reliability and the capability for automatic processor control.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• 5 wire serial interface
• 2 wire addressable interface
• End to end resistance is 10Kohm at ±20% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 750ppm/°C
