HMC547ALP3E is a general purpose broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch. Covering DC to 20GHz, this switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. This switch features <gt/>50dB isolation upto 5GHz and <gt/>40dB isolation upto 15GHz. This switch operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and requires no bias supply. It is widely used in application such as base station infrastructure, fibre optics & broadband telecom, microwave radio & VSAT, military radios, radar, & ECM, test instrumentation etc.
