HMC962LC4

HMC962LC4 is a self-biased GaAs MMIC Low noise amplifier. The P1dB output power of +13 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. The HMC962LC4 also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms, making it ideal for high capacity microwave radios and VSAT applications. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, military & space, test instrumentation.

• Noise figure is 2.5dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
• Input return loss is 13dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd= +5V)
• Output return loss is 10dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
• Output power for 1dB compression is 10dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
• Saturated output power (Psat) is 14dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
• Output third order intercept (IP3) is 22dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
• LCC-EP-24 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
