LTC2634HMSE-LZ12#PBF

LTC2634HMSE-LZ12#PBF is a quad, 12bit, voltage output DAC. LTC2634-L has rail-to-rail output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2634-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. These DACs communicate via an SPI/MICROWIRE compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2634 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.

• Integral nonlinearity is ±1LSB typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref)
• Offset error is ±0.5mV typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref)
• Gain temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref)
• Supply current is 0.6mA typical at (VCC = 3V, internal reference)
• Voltage output slew rate is 1V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Multiplying bandwidth is 320KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Reset to zero-scale in internal reference mode (power on reset)
• 2.5V full scale voltage, internal reference mode
• Automotive temperature range -40°C to 125°C, 10-lead MSOP package
