LTM4644 is a quad channel DC/DC step-down µModule (micro module) regulator with 4A per output. Outputs can be paralleled in an array for upto 16A capability. Operating over an input voltage range of 4V to 14V with an external bias supply, this device supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. It is widely used in application such as multi rail point of load regulation, FPGAs, DSPs and ASICs applications etc.
- Input DC voltage is 4V to 14V
- Output voltage range is 0.6V to 5.5V
- Load regulation accuracy is 0.5% typical, line regulation accuracy is 0.04%/V typical
- Current mode control, fast transient response
- Parallelable for higher output current
- Output voltage tracking, overvoltage, current and temperature protection
- Internal temperature sensing diode output
- External frequency synchronization
- Operating temperature -40°C to 125°C
- Packaging style is 77-lead BGA
