LTM8063EY#PBF

LTM8063 is a 2A continuous, 2.5A peak, stepdown µModule® (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and all support components. Only the input and output filter capacitors are needed to finish the design. The low profile package enables utilization of unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density point of load regulation. This device is RoHS compliant. It is widely used in application such as automotive battery regulation, power for portable products, distributed supply regulation, industrial supplies, wall transformer regulation etc.

• Low noise Silent Switcher® architecture
• Wide input voltage range is 3.2V to 40V
• Wide output voltage range is 0.8V to 15V
• External synchronization, configurable as an inverter
• Output DC voltage is 0.8V typical at (RFB open)
• Quiescent current into VIN is 3µA maximum at (RUN = 0V)
• Output voltage ripple is 15mV typical at (OUT = 2A)
• Line regulation is 0.5% typical, load regulation is 0.5% typical
• Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C
• Package style is 28-lead BGA
