LTM®8067 is a 2KVAC isolated flyback µModule® (power module) DC/DC converter. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, transformer, and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3V to 40V, this supports an output voltage range of 2.5V to 24V, set by a single resistor. Only output and input capacitors are needed to finish the design. It is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact overmolded ball grid array (BGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. Typical applications are isolated IGBT gate drive, industrial sensors, industrial switches, test and measurement equipment.

• VOUT ripple (RMS) is 30mV typical (IOUT=0.1A, 1MHz BW)
• Input short-circuit current is 80mA typical (VOUT shorted, TA=25°C, RUN=2V)
• 38-lead BGA package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to 125°C
