MAX11040KEVKIT#

The MAX11040KEVKIT# is an evaluation kit for MAX11040K sigma-delta ADC. The MAX11040K is a 24bit, 4-channel, simultaneous sampling, cascadable sigma-delta ADC. This IC allows simultaneous sampling of as many as 32 channels using a built-in cascade feature to synchronize as many as eight devices. The serial interface of the devices allows reading data from all the cascaded devices using a single command. The MAX11040KEVKIT# evaluates the 4-channel, simultaneous-sampling ADC. Up to three more parts can be connected to the EV kit to increase the number of input channels by cascading up to three daughter boards to the EV kit (order separately). The included Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista compatible software that provides a simple graphical user interface (GUI) for exercising the IC's features. Typical applications include data acquisition systems, multiphase power systems, power protection and relay equipments.
