MAX202ECSE+T

The MAX202ECSE+T is a ±15KV ESD protected, +5V RS232 transceiver in 16 pin NSOIC package. It is a RS232 and V.28 transceiver with high ±15KV ESD HBM (Human Body Model) protection and integrated charge pump circuitry for single 5V supply operation. This transceiver meets all EIA/TIA232E and CCITT V.28 specifications at data rate up to 120Kbps when loaded. This device is typically used in battery powered equipment.

• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Supply current is 8mA
• Four 0.1µF external capacitors
• Saves board space
• Saves power for reduced power requirement
