MAX4392EUA+

The MAX4392EUA+ is an ultra-small, low cost, 85MHz operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail outputs and disable in 8 pin µMAX package. This dual-supply, rail to rail, voltage feedback amplifier employ current feedback techniques to achieve 500V/μs slew rates and 85MHz -3dB bandwidth. It has an excellent harmonic distortion and differential gain/phase performance. It is used in analogue to digital converter interface, digital cameras and set-top boxes.

• Supply voltage range is ±2.25V to ±5.5V, 4.5V to 11V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Dual operational amplifier
• Unity-gain stable device
• Input common-mode range extends to VEE
• Low differential gain of 0.015%
• Low differential phase of 0.015°
• Low distortion at 5MHz, -59dBc spurious-free dynamic range
• High output drive of ±50mA
