MAX5394LATA+T

The MAX5394LATA+T is a 256-tap, volatile, low-voltage, linear taper digital potentiometer in 8 pin TDFN package. The Potentiometer terminals are independent of supply for voltages with single-supply operation. Wiper position set to zero-code, midcode, full-code or the value contained in the wiper register. MAX5394 device is uniquely suited for the portable consumer market and battery-backup industrial applications.

• Supply voltage range is 1.7V to 5.5V
• Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Supports SPI interface
• Ultra-low quiescent supply current <lt/> 1µA
• Wiper accuracy with ±1.0 LSB INL, ±0.5 LSB DNL (max)
• Power-on sets wiper to midscale
• Ratiometric resistance temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C
• End to end resistance is 10Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 50ppm/°C
